Return Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, a Customer making a purchase in our online store has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform us of their decision by submitting an unequivocal statement via e-mail.
2. Return procedure
To make a return, you must:
- Contact us via the e-mail provided in the "Contact" section at the bottom of the page. Due to an individual approach to each case, return details will be arranged with an employee.
- Send the product back to the return address, which will be provided via e-mail along with a return label.
The product should be returned intact, complete, and – if possible – in its original packaging. The cost of the return is borne by the Customer, unless agreed otherwise.
3. Refund of payments
After receiving and positively verifying the returned package, we will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the store).
The refund will be issued within up to 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the contract, using the same payment method used by the Customer (except for cash on delivery payments – in this case, the refund method is agreed upon individually).
4. Exchange of goods
It is possible to exchange the product for another model after prior contact with customer service. In this case, the cost of sending the product back is borne by the Customer, and the cost of reshipping the new goods is covered by the store.
5. Exceptions to the right of return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to the Customer's special order (personalized),
- goods delivered in a sealed package which, after opening, cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
- products that perish rapidly or have a short shelf life.
