Return Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, a Customer making a purchase in our online store has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform us of their decision by submitting a clear statement via the return form available in the store's website footer.
After submitting the form, the Customer will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the return request.
2. Return Procedure
To make a return, please:
- Fill out the return form available in the store's website footer. Due to the individual approach to each case, return details will be provided to the Customer after submitting the form.
- Send the product back to the return address, which will be provided by email along with a return label.
The product should be returned undamaged, complete and, if possible, in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving and successfully verifying the returned shipment, we will refund all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from the Customer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the store).
The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method used by the Customer (except for cash on delivery payments – in this case the refund method is determined individually).
4. Product Exchange
It is possible to exchange a product for a different model after prior contact with customer service. In this case, the cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer, and the cost of shipping the new item is covered by the store.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to the Customer's special order (personalized items),
- goods delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons,
- products that deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life.
